Some of you may have noticed that, for the past few months, we have been testing online shopping capabilities through our website. We've looked at several options such as shipping to home or shipping to store, in an attempt to best serve our customers.
We found that the solutions we were testing were not up to our standards of customer service. While we tried to fix any mistakes that we could find, we ultimately thought it would be best to take the online shopping portion of our website down while we can figure out the best next steps and perfect it for our customer. We do not have scheduled timeline for when we will try again, but we appreciate your patience and business while we work through these new stages of business.
As the world changes, and more and more people move online, we obviously want to try and keep up. But most important to us is our level of service and ease for the customer and want to prioritize that over an ecommerce website.
