Welcome to the new Home Hardware Center website. We're making a ton of exciting changes to better serve you! Rolling out a website this big can be fun, but also takes some getting used to. That's why we're adding different features and options over a few months - so we can make sure everything is in working shape!

Q: How Will I Know When New Shipping Options Are Available In My Area?

A: Sign up to receive our emails, and make sure to choose your preferred store. When a new shipping option is available in your area, we'll send you an email!

Q: Can I Create An Account with HomeHardwareCenter.com?

A: Yes! With the new Home Hardware Center website, you’ll be able to create a personalized account, where you can store your shipping address, preferred store and more. This is where you will be able to track all past orders or reorder a product that you’d like again!

You can register at the top of the home page where it says “Login.” Fill out the required information and press “Register.” You will need to verify your account registration through the email link that we’ll send you, but once you do that you’re ready to shop!

Product ShippingQ: What Are The Different Shipping Options?

Ship to Home or Business

By choosing this option, great Home Hardware Center products will be delivered straight to your door. The items should arrive in a few business days.

Ship to Store

By choosing this option, the product you choose will be shipped directly to your preferred Home Hardware store. You will be able to go pick it up in the store once you receive notification that it has arrived. The item should be available for pickup in 7-10 business days. This option is not available at all stores quite yet. We are continuing to train store employees on this new and exciting feature so store availability may be limited. If you do not see “ship to store” as an option when you’ve selected an item, it is because it is not available for ship to store in your preferred location.

Store Pickup

By choosing this option, the item will be placed aside for you at your preferred store location. You will be able to go pick it up in the store within a few hours. This option is not available at all stores quite yet. We are continuing to train store employees on this new and exciting feature so store availability may be limited. If you do not see “store pickup” as an option when you’ve selected an item, it is because it is not available for pickup in your preferred store location.

Q: How Do I know What Is Available For Store Pickup?

A: To see what is available for store pickup, select your store by clicking the [MAKE THIS MY STORE] button on the locations page or at the top of the home screen. During the first phase of the roll out, this will only be available in Natchez. During the second phase, you will be able to chose one of the five stores listed above. Once the site is rolled out nationwide, all stores will be available.
