Reese Towpower adapters allow for quick connections of different trailer wring. The 74678 adapter allows connection of either a 4 or 5-flat trailer plug to vehicles with 7-way receptacles. It is designed for use with boat and utility trailers with certain hydraulic surge brakes and/or backup lights. It includes a unique built-in back-up alarm that warns when the tow vehicle is in reverse.
